1. Scope
This Accessibility Statement applies to the OnModus website and legal pages published under the main OnModus website domain. It does not apply to third-party websites, external platforms, embedded services, or documents controlled by other organisations.
OnModus is a business-to-business consultancy website. Even where a specific legal accessibility obligation may depend on the service offered and the applicable national implementation rules, we aim to make the site usable by as many people as possible.
2. Accessibility Standard
We aim to align this website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. We also use the European accessibility framework as a reference point, including EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act where relevant to digital services.
This statement is prepared as a practical transparency statement. It should be reviewed after a full accessibility audit or any significant redesign.
3. What Visitors Should Be Able to Do
- Navigate the main content and legal pages with a keyboard.
- Zoom text and page content without losing the core reading order.
- Read content with sufficient colour contrast in normal text areas.
- Use descriptive page titles, headings, links, and image alternative text where provided.
- Access the policy pages on desktop and mobile screens without horizontal page scrolling in normal view.
4. Known Limitations
The website has not yet been confirmed through a complete independent WCAG 2.2 AA audit. Some highly visual or animated elements on the main website may need additional review for keyboard behaviour, reduced-motion preferences, focus visibility, text alternatives, and assistive technology compatibility.
We are working to improve accessibility as the website evolves. Priority improvements include checking interactive components, confirming colour contrast across all sections, ensuring motion can be reduced where appropriate, and testing with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation.
5. Feedback and Contact
If you experience an accessibility barrier on this website, use our contact page or email flow@onmodus.com. Please include the page URL, the issue encountered, your device or browser if relevant, and the assistive technology used if you are comfortable sharing it.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within a reasonable period and prioritise fixes based on impact, severity, and technical feasibility.
6. Review and Updates
This statement should be reviewed after material website changes, after an accessibility audit, or when relevant European or Dutch accessibility requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page.
