Marketing & Data expert
OnModus is looking for a Marketing and Data expert who will lead the marketing automation and personalisation strategy for our clients within the user experience team.
The OnModus User Experience team is solving business problems into design challenges and designs solutions into business opportunities. We help our clients by creating and supporting the strategic vision, and iteratively work towards these via practical means.
The Marketing & Data expert needs to understand and translate the “bigger picture” into an automation and personalisation strategy, connecting (customer profile) data with marketing tactics. The role requires an individual who can switch between analysing, designing, & developing projects when collaborating with different clients.
YOUR STRENGTHS AND CAPABILITIES
Background in strategy consulting
Proven track-record of marketing inbound and outbound systems knowledge and experience is required.
Operational experience in e.g. e-commerce, digital marketing, loyalty & customer data.
Knows how to translate the strategic into the practical, and brings the analytical expertise necessary to optimise performance and drive ROI.
Great understanding of customer journey’s and (marketing) automation
Work with multiple teams and stakeholders to optimise the customer journey stages and increase the effect of (A/B) tests and (automated) campaigns
Ability to bring out the best in diverse product development teams with engineers and UX as partners
Know the broad spectrum of product management skills, but also bring depths in specific areas that you can contribute to our team of product managers
Communicate and sell your product vision and priorities
Curiosity, an open mind and knowledge about current technological and business trends
A self-motivated, pro-active and positive attitude
Fluent in English and preferably Dutch
Academic degree with excellent results
