CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE JOURNEYS & CONTENT DESIGN

The senior online experience specialist will drive experience in contextual marketing (content management, omni-channel management) in our team and our proposition to our customers. You will join an open-minded team, with driven and motivated colleagues who work on interesting projects that have an impact on the business of our customers and their ideas and needs to give a voice.

Your challenges

  • Deliver support in integration of context marketing within the design thinking methodology
  • Work closely with clients and define the content experience, brand messaging, communication hierarchies and content needs via customer journey’s, content audits, competitive analyses, user research and gap analyses
  • Guiding the development of (contextual) content, from ideation until implementation and distribution in different channels and performance monitoring
  • Lead content strategy-related workshops and activities, and develop content strategy and content recommendations
  • Optimise the customer journey (identifying micro-moments / vertical journeys) through user interviews & data driven marketing in order to offer a distinctive customer experience
  • Coaching in development of a content strategy creation / agile marketing
  • Support development of a contextual intelligence plan serving relevant communications
  • Support the development of an Omni-channel plan, a continues Optimisation Plan, personas / customer segmentations and the translation of a (online) marketing strategy to campaigns
  • Coaching in customer centric thinking and behaviour and the use of data & insights
  • Transfer of content knowledge to our customer and our team

Your strengths and capabilities

  • Your core competencies: setting priorities, project driven, collaborative, communicative, flexibility
  • A finished study at Master level
  • At least 4 years of experience as a marketer in a commercial digital environment
  • Knowledge of the online landscape and customer experience across several channels
  • Experience in organising and improving the digital customer journey as well as experience in developing services & tools
  • Proven track-record of CMS and e-mail systems knowledge and experience. Specific experience with Sitecore is a plus
  • Clear vision in your field with a drive to provide an excellent experience your customers
  • Fluent Dutch and English spoken and written, German is a plus
